Snow Biking (Fatbike)
Permanent 10-km trail shared with snowshoers
Explore the park’s panoramic sites on your Fatbike* along a new winter trail previously inaccessible to cyclists.
• Trail open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (winter only)

• Trail packed by volunteers and shared with snowshoers •
Conditions vary: Ice, slush, bare ground, soft snow; be prepared and check conditions (Web site or other media) before heading out.
A courteous approach will ensure everyone has a pleasant experience!
The bike and snowshoe trails cover the same terrain in certain spots.
• Be careful when you are biking in the same direction as snowshoers
• If you are going in the opposite direction, give snowshoers the right of way Happy trails!
*Fat Bike: Bike specifically made for cycling on snow, with 4”- to 5”-wide tires. When conditions allow, you can cycle on the trail on a standard mountain bike with tires with or without studs.
General rule: Fatbike and regular tires should not penetrate the trail surface by more than 1 inch.
