Coaticook, April 22, 2025<\/strong> \u2013 To celebrate Earth Day, the Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook and the Parc D\u00e9couverte Nature are proud to announce that our dedication to the environment and sustainable tourism has earned us GOLD certification from GreenStep. This award highlights the concrete steps we have taken to reduce our environmental footprint while we proposed nice experiences to our visitors. We are thrilled to share this recognition with you!<\/p>\n

\u00abWe are extremely proud to have received the GOLD certification. It\u2019s a real reflection of our engagement to the sustainable and our environment\u2019s conservation. The award is also because of our visitors. Every action count \u2013 bring your reusable water bottle, respecting wildlife and plant life, or building an itinerary \u2013 produces a positive impact. Together, we have the power to protect natural spaces for future generations. We are really motivated to continue to inspire and encourage sustainable tourism. Together, we have the power to save natural space and it\u2019s important to think of future generations while doing that. It rates the initiatives in terms of sustainable management, reducing carbon footprint, protecting ecosystems, and sustaining local communities.
