Step back in time at Parc de la Gorge as we celebrate our 50th anniversary!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Did you know that the first official visitors to Parc de la Gorge entered the site on October 3, 1976? To mark this milestone exactly 50 years later, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, admission to the park will be offered at 1976 prices!<\/p>\n

Hiking admission is just $1.50 per person and $5 per family. Admission is free for residents of the Coaticook RCM (proof of residency required).<\/p>\n

In the afternoon, enjoy a variety of special free activities included with the purchase of a ticket. Festivities will take place at both of our welcome centres.<\/p>\n

Camping Welcome Centre<\/em> – 400 St-Marc Street, Coaticook<\/em><\/p>\n

🚒 Antique fire truck rides, just like in the old days! (Did you know that 50 years ago the park offered guided tours of Coaticook aboard a fire truck? We’ve found the very same truck!)<\/p>\n

🎞️ The immersive experience 50 Years, 50 Voices highlights stories and memories shared by builders, employees, partners, volunteers, and citizens who have helped shape the park’s history. Created by Bain de Minuit, this journey through time is sure to stir emotions. The creative team will be on site to meet visitors and discuss this special work produced for the park’s 50th anniversary.<\/p>\n
