Accessibility is at the heart of our commitment to providing enriching experiences for all our visitors. Whether you’re passionate about hiking or seeking an outdoor getaway tailored to your needs, we’ve got everything covered to make your visit memorable.

We offer two free rental equipment options to further enhance accessibility. The TrackZ, an all-terrain wheelchair,  balance bike, ice grippers and the Hippocampe are available in collaboration with the Eastern Townships Sports and Recreation Council. These equipment options allow our accompanied visitors to fully enjoy our promenade and mountain trails, with two physically fit companions or up to three companions, with free site access for the companions.

As for accommodation, our MaBarak Chalet has been specially designed to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility. This four-season chalet offers a warm experience with a welcoming and functional interior space measuring 20 x 24 feet. The facilities are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for all our visitors. Additionally, our two camping sites (E2, E3) offer facilities adapted for reduced mobility, adapted fireplaces, accessible picnic tables, and proximity to sanitary blocks for your outdoor comfort.

Our facilities are designed to ensure a barrier-free experience, with an adapted reception counter, accessible sanitary facilities, and reserved parking near the reception. A lift is also available free of charge at the pool so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of the water under the sun.
