Your challenge and your role at the Parc de la Gorge and the Parc Découverte Nature:

Welcome guests upon arrival
Sell firewood, keep inventory, and balance the small cash register at the end of the shift
Perform cleaning tasks (sanitize washroom facilities and empty garbage bins)
Maintain the inventory of ice bags
Ensure safety around the playground and splash pad
Enforce quiet hours during the night
Keep the parking lot and campground entrance area clean (pick up trash and litter) and empty garbage bins
Work closely with other departments
Perform any other tasks requested by management

Required skills

Strong verbal communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
High availability on weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts
Good physical condition
Professional, honest, versatile, friendly, and resourceful
Comfortable working with the public and handling delicate situations
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
First aid certification is an asset

Years of experience: No specific experience required, but customer service experience is an asset.
